Led Zeppelin - III
(Atlantic 2401-002 UK LP 1970)
This is a UK original LP pressing. This is the quite rare "Celebration" mispress. The sleeve is manufactured in Germany. The vinyl is manufactured in the UK. This is the case with all "Celebration" mispressings.
It has a fully laminated die-cut gatefold sleeve. This has a movable cog wheel. It comes with its original polythene-lined company inner sleeve. This is in VG condition.
The record has "red & maroon" Atlantic labels & A-5/ B-5 matrix stampers. "Do What Thou wilt" and "So Mote It be" are etched in the dead wax. Side 1's label miscredits the song "Celebration Day" as simply "Celebration". These are quite rare.
Sleeve: There is some light to mild fading to the white of the sleeve. There is some light to mild rubbing wear at the sleeve opening & corner tips. The movable cog is in perfect working order. VG++ condition.
Vinyl: Mild to moderate sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. There are about 6-7 light marks. Good+ condition. The labels are nice and clean & show mild spindle wear. Plays VG to VG+ overall. Really well considering! There is some light, or very mild, crackle in some quieter passages. There are a few light clicks on one track too.
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).
Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.65 to £7.85 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £8.75 to £11.50 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
