Description

On offer here is the SUPERB LP by LED ZEPPELIN called 'IV' and, THIS IS THE IMPORTANT BIT! IS A 1971 EARLIEST UK 1ST PRESSING.  THIS LP IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AND WITH SUCH GREAT AUDIO CONDITION!!!!

NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS 100% COMPLETE WITH ITS ORIGINAL INNER SLEEVE!!!! THIS LP IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND PLAYS SUPERBLY!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!

THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1971 VERY 1ST UK PRESS ON THE RED AND PLUM ATLANTIC LABEL, CATALOGUE NUMBER 2401012. THE FEATHER SYMBOL ON THE LABEL OF SIDE 2 IS INVERTED.  IT HAS THE EARLIEST MATRIX NO.S A//3 AND B//3 WITH 'PECKO DUCK' ETCHED ON THE DEADWAX OF SIDE A AND 'PORKY' ON THE DEADWAX OF SIDE B.

AS STATED ON DISCOGS:

'There is an Executive Producer credit for Peter Grant (which was removed in various ways from all subsequent pressings).

It comes in a heavyweight unlaminated gatefold sleeve, printed and made in England.

The Inner sleeve has lyrics to 'Stairway to Heaven' on one side and track titles and credits on the other. The first inner sleeves are dark gray with two foldback edges to the side. Interestingly, whilst Jimmy Page succeeded in having the Peter Grant credit removed from the labels, they were never removed from the inner sleeves. Also, the inner sleeve for the first pressings only (i.e. the Peter Grant label credit), have an additional credit line 'Photography-Keith Morris' above the 'Produced By Jimmy Page' credit. The Keith Morris credit disappears from the inner sleeve from the third pressing onwards.

This release was commonly referred to as 'Led Zeppelin IV', to follow in sequence with their previous three releases, but no actual title appears on the release.'

THIS LP IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!

The record labels are in TOP condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and few spindle marks AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in excellent condition!!!!   THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL JUST PRESSED LOOK AND LOOKS GREAT!!!! Although played many times, the record plays more STUNNINGLY than the visual!!!!  The record plays with NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion!!!!  The record grades as NEAR MINT AUDIO, VERY GOOD+++++++ VISUAL !!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!!
