Original 1969 first issue UK plum & red label Atlantic 9-track vinyl LP with 'Lemon Song' credit on both sleeve and label.

GRADING:

Cover - Good

E.J. Day Sleeve

'Lemon Song' listed on track list on sleeve.

Heavy top and bottom seam wear.

Heavy spine wear with about 1" at the top of spine and about 2" near the bottom of the spine removed.

Some discolouration of outer sleeve and small tear on rear sleeve near bottom.

Some ringwear visible on rear of sleeve.

Inside of gatefold sleeve is generally quite tidy and clean.

Original polylined inner sleeve. It has some corner creasing and discolouration but no rips or tears.

Record - Excellent

A2/B5 Matrix numbers.

'Lemon Song' listed on label.

Vinyl is clean and shiny with a few light storage marks/hairlines visible under close inspection.

No writing on labels.

Plays with just a little occasional background noise.

Summary

A well worn cover but the vinyl is a very nice play copy. Please do bare in mind the condition of the cover before purchasing to avoid any disappointment.

Our grading is based on the system used by Record Collector magazine as described below (We don't sell records with a grading of less than very good).

Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration.

Record will be sent in a cardboard cruciform record mailer with additional cardboard stiffeners for extra protection. The record is also placed in a protective polythene sleeve. The record/inner will be removed from the main sleeve to guard against any seam/spine damage during postage.
