Description
Very early original UK pressing of the second Led Zeppelin LP, Led Zeppelin II
Original gatefold light brown Matt sleeve. A2/B2 matrix endings and “Lemon Song” error on labels. Red/Plum Atlantic labels.

Side 1: 588 198 A v 2 1 (backwards) 1 11
Side 2:588 198 B v 2 1 2 (backwards)
The record plays well throughout and grades VG+ to EX- overall. Visual grade is VG+ with a few very fine paper scuffs and some light hairlines when viewed under strong light. No feelable marks. It plays really well with some light crackle heard in a few spaces between tracks and some quieter sections, but this is genuinely low level and unobtrusive in my opinion. Mostly loud and clear and a very enjoyable listen. No pops, clicks, sticks or jumps. Side 1 plays around VG+ and side 2 plays EX. EX- overall play grade.
The matte sleeve is VG- to VG with obvious storage wear and handling wear on the outer. Spine is worn and only partially legible. Nice inside the gatefold and no rips, tears, splits or writing. Just light rubbing to the matte sleeve but is more pronounced/obvious due to brown colour of the sleeve.
Original inner is EX.
