Up for sale is one (1) Led Zeppelin - Physical Graffiti 2LP from 1975 on Swan Song Records (#SS 2-200). NO BARCODE.
INCLUDES A BLACK and WHITE PHOTOCOPY OF THE HYPE STICKER CUT TO ACTUAL SIZE!
COMPLETE COPY WITH FOLDOVER INSERT and BOTH CUSTOM INNER SLEEVES.
I RECENTLY PLAYED THIS LP AND IT SOUNDS AWESOME!
The Vinyl is in Good+ condition, but has some surface marks that WILL cause surface noise and you WILL hear pops or clicks along the way typical with a Good+ grading. Even with a Good+ grading there is going to be a certain amount of surface noise. More noticible during the quiet parts.
The die-cut cover is in Good+ condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, crumples, scrapes, dings and ring wear all of which are typical. No Split Seams. There is some minor peeling on the spine. This cover typically doesn't age well because of all the moving parts, but this one is in pretty good shape.
Nice fairly clean labels with some spindle marks.
The custom foldover inner insert is in Very Good condition with typical wear from age.
The custom inner sleeves are in fair condition with typical wear from age including, but not limited to corner dings, crumples, scrapes, dings and ring wear all of which are typical. There is some staining (on the sleeves only - the cover, LP's and the foldover insert are not affected) of an unknown origin that may have led to the splits. (I believe something spilled on them when they were out of the Main jacket and being played).
There are Split Seams as follows:
Inner Sleeve 1 has a small split at the bottom, the side and top are completely split and were repaired with tape.
Inner Sleeve 2 has a small split at the top and the side is completely split.
To further protect the vinyl and the sleeves, the LP's are now being housed in plain white paper sleeves.
I obtained this LP in the late 1970's. It was played many times back in the day. It has not been played in over 30 years.
