Led Zeppelin - Physical Graffiti - A1/B5/C1/D1 WEA 1975 UK Double Album
Double vinyl album, Swan Song, SSK 89400, complete with die-cut New York tenement building sleeve, both inner sleeves and double fold insert with title listings. Sleeve carries the “Swan Song / 484 Kings Road” address on the back but the buildings are in fact at 96 and 98 St. Mark’s Place in New York City. The tenement window cut outs reveal the album title on the double fold insert. Please see pics and use zoom for close ups - this album is in immaculate condition.
Selling my old vinyl collection that has been stored, unplayed and untested since originally purchased many years ago. Always treated records with the utmost respect, cleaning before playing and handling with care by edges, but, with no current means of cleaning and playing, cannot vouch now for sound quality.
Media: Would probably rate higher but as explained not play tested, so only rating VG to be fair. All record sides look immaculate (see photos) with no scratches or surface marks visible on any of the four sides and with like-new shine, except for side 3 which has a barely visible, very light scuff in one area. The records sit completely flat with no warping and have A1 / B5 / C1 / D1 die stamped matrix numbers. Labels are clean and unmarked, spindle holes are sound. Cannot vouch for the vinyl sound quality without a facility to play audio, but would expect to sound great.
Sleeve: VG. Nice clean sleeve with virtually no corner wear and no rips to the die-cuts. Some light wear marks on one edge of the bottom face (see photo).
Insert: VG. Intact and in great condition. It is the double fold variant and shows the title listings.
Inner sleeves: All intact and carrying identifications SSK89400 A & B, no wear but rated VG just for consistency. Note that the photos show the two individual sleeves next to each other as if gatefold - they are two separate sleeves!
One of the best original examples around. Will be packaged securely and posted next day after payment.
