My dad was a private collector, he collected thousands and thousands of records from 1950's to early 2000's, many are rarities, obscurities and some are unique, I am not a dealer, just selling the collection now he is unable to do so himself.

Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin - Plum and Orange Atlantic Labels - Stereo - Super Rare Early UK Pressing - Extremely Rare LP Issued with The Rare Withdrawn 'Superhype' Credit on Side 1 label and The Corrected 'Warner' Credit on side 2 Making this a massively rare Variant - As far as I can see this Variant is Undocumented, I can only find the variant with Warner on Side 1 and Superhype on side 2, This appears to be another rare variant - Silver Stripe Sleeve

Side 1 just has a handful of faint hairline/scratches, some very faint whispy hairlines and a few tiny surface marks. Side 2 just has a handful of fine scratches and a couple of faint whispy hairlines. Apart from those just some extremely faint sleeve removal marks under strong artificial light on each side. Both sides look nice and shiny, A Really Nice Example.

Playtested and there are no skips, sticks or jumps. The audio is superb, strong and vibrant with No lessening in sound quality. Plays with some static during quiet parts and some clicks throughout side 1 but more noticable during quiet parts and the odd click on side 2. Ideal if you dont mind some static and clicks because the actual audio is Fantastic. Stored for 40+ years so will benefit from a proper clean.


Labels both have some signs of play(spiders legs) under strong light, Both labels are clean, side 1 label has some writing in fine pen in the top half...see photos

Original Early Laminated Silver Stripe Sleeve has some wear. The front and back of sleeve show some light rubbing, still has some shine, with some tiny creases from edges, some thumbnails along opening edge and small strip of laminate lift along spine edge. Bottom right of front has a patch of wear, the surface is torn (near bottom right corner). Some corner wear. Opening edge has light wear and grubby along unlaminated strip. Spine is solid and still readable with a couple of creases running through. Top and bottom edge have no wear...A Used Example of this sleeve.

The original Poly Lined Inner has a split to one edge and is flat but is discoloured.

A Mega Rare and Very hard to find LP.


I will describe any flaws such as wear to sleeves, scuffs, marks or scratches to vinyl and describe them honestly, if you expect a better condition than I have listed then you need to learn to read. I will grade based on visual inspection under artificial light. PLEASE remember this is Vinyl...even brand new vinyl can have clicks and pops...that's part of its charm...if you want perfect audio without background noise...how about CD's or MP3's?
