Description
An original 1st pressing of TSRTS on the US Swan Song label - "Promotional Copy". The labels are consistent with very 1st issue in 1976. The vinyl comes housed in an original Swan Song Promo sticker cover. The cover includes pages attached to the interior. Also present are both original black inner sleeves. We also have some poly-lined funky designed inners included as well - suspect they are not part of the original release - but they have acted to preserve the records to a high level down the years. 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex+/Ex+) In absolutely superb condition and have only seen the very lightest use down the years. This is the sort copy a serious collector would be taking interest in. Under close inspeciton we struggled to make out a single mark across all four sides. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. As good a rendition of this title as I've heard and nigh on faultless. Fantastic clarity and resolution...and it's a live performance - impressive! Interference is an easy one to describe - because it is totally absent. I can barely remember detecting more than a couple of crackles throughout the entirety of the record. Now that really is noteworthy! FINAL UPGRADE - no sweat.
Cover (Vg+) In great shape and has been cared for down the years. Please note on the front you have the white promo sticker which is perfectly white and no one has tried to peel it off. There is also the promo hole punch in the top-left corner - which goes all the way through. Front and back are in nice clean condition but the corners are exhibiting a few creases so please be aware of that. The interior is in great condition too - no issues and all pages present. There's some edge wear, but nothing excessive. The text on the spine is still mostly readable. Overall the cover still retains very good rigidity.
Inners (Ex-) Very nice condition. One inner has a 2 inch side split.
