Description
A great collection of the first four Led Zeppelin albums. All are in excellent condition and are original US prints from the era of original release. A perfectly matched set in terms of playability and cover quality. All play WONDERFULLY and have been cleaned with a Spin Clean and test played on a Denon DP-59L turntable with an Ortofon Gold cartridge. Extremely good vinyl - all are near mint or very close. Not a skip or loud pop on any of them. Here are specific album details:
Led Zep I: Superb playing album. Two small pops during a busy passage of Black Mountain side. Stampers are H & K. Great sonically.
Led Zep II: This is a RCA Music Service print, which dates it to the mid/late 70's. RCA prints are considered to be of excellent sonic quality. It plays strong and quiet.
Led Zep III: A coveted "So Mote Be It" Mastercraft stamper mark on each side. Again - plays wonderfully.
Led Zeppelin IV: The best player of the group. Drop dead quiet vinyl on each side. Stampers are side 1 L and side 2 H. Hearing this album on vinyl of this quality is a life-altering experience. Does not have original stiff inner sleeve - was replaced with a vinyl friendly soft sleeve.
Not a bar-code on any of these. All covers are excellent with little to no ring wear. A true audiophile worthy assembly of one of the great canons of Rock. Enjoy.
