Description
RAINBOW 256. THE WHITE CLIFFS OF DOVER/ MUCH TOO MUCH. LEE ANDREWS AND THE HEARTS. Original pressing with R-45-5117 hand etched on the A-side and R-45-5118 on the B-side. A visual grade of the 45 is VG with light surface marks and a label tear on the B-side. A play grade is VG+ with light background noise but a nice clean player overall. There is a slight edge warp that causes a jump at the beginning when the tonearm is set at 1.5 grams. When the tonearm is set at 1.75 grams it plays fine. I have provided a sound clip of both sides that was recorded at 1.75 grams. I'm also listing another Philly group, The Cherokees on Grand.

GRADING
M- or Near Mint - No visible flaws, full gloss. A top copy.
VG++ - Not quite near mint, but a nice desirable copy. Very minor wear.
VG+ -Shows signs of wear, but no serious defects.
VG -Obvious signs of wear but still has life in it. VG does not mean beat.
VG Minus -Moderate to heavy wear. OK if you need a filler copy.
G -Borders on unplayable, don't be bothered.
