Description

LEE MORGAN - LEEWAY, Blue Note 4034, deep groove pressing, 43 West 61st on jacket, New York USA on label, RVG and ear symbol in runoff grooves, original Blue Note inner sleeve.

Condition of record is E++, no scuffs, no scratches, a couple of spindle marks, plays very clean & quiet. Laminated jacket is very clean, no ring wear, no seam splits. There is a crease in the lamination on front, running about 5 inches from right.

Here is a beautiful copy of this classic 1960 recording.
The band is Lee Morgan (trumpet), Jackie McLean (alto sax), Bobby Timmons (piano), Paul Chambers (bass), Art Blakey (drums).
The tunes are These Are Soulful Days, The Lion and the Wolff, Midtown Blues, Nakatini Suite.

F = More severe damage, distracting surface noise. Only used in incidence of extreme rarity.
