Description
This is an original pressing of Lee Morgan Vol. 3 on Blue Note Records. Pictures of various record features to identify it as an original pressing (such as the lack of an "R" symbol on the label, "RVG" etched into the dead wax, and the designation of the label as "Blue Note Records" and not "Blue Note Records, Inc.") can be seen in the accompanying pictures.
Cover is VG with wear to corners and bottom, and some soiling and aging to the back. Cover is slightly dished from storage. There is a 1-inch split to top of opening and a 1/2-inch split to the bottom of opening.
Vinyl is very nice with a few very light surface scuffs and hairlines visible under a strong light. Side 1 Cut 1 has a 1-inch light surface scuff. None of these affect play. The dead wax has the ear and "RVG" etched into the vinyl. Blue and white labels are nice and bright, though the label on Side 1 has a light stain near the spindle hole. Spindle marks are visible under light.
