Description
Up for auction is an original 1957 mono pressing of Lee Morgan ‘Volume 3’ on Blue Note Records BLP 1557.
Record info:
VG+ vinyl, plays great with some surface noise. I cleaned it with my VPI machine but there is still some visible residue on the vinyl from the wax paper style sleeve it was stored in for years. It did not seem to me that it affected play at all. It smokes!
Cover info:
VG+ with minor general wear and some minor age staining on back. The front cover has some very tiny artwork tears along jacket opening middle area. I'm not sure how well it shows up in the photo of the front.
Label / Pressing info:
47 West 63rd St. address label. Deep groove press, RVG initials /Ear logo in dead wax on both sides.

I grade conservatively. I’ve been selling vinyl since 1976. All records are cleaned with a VPI professional record cleaner and are shipped with records outside the covers to avoid seam damage.
Shipping for US customers is $4 for media mail or $10 for Priority mail. For high value items I would recommend adding insurance.
International shipping will be $18. I reserve the right to request registered or courier mail for high value items and to some countries (Italy, Brazil, Russia) due to the unreliability of their postal services.
