Description
This is the original deep groove RVG-etched “P”-pressing of Lee Morgan “Presenting” on the Lexington Avenue labels of Blue Note BLP 1538. Other than an inaudible hairline on Side 1, the flat rim playing surface is in near new condition with a beautiful luster. The coated frame Lexington Avenue cover is bright and clean; superficial flaking along the top seam and spine; the bottom seam shows rubbing and 1/8” wear at the spine and opening; writing at the top left corner of the back slick; minor wear at the corners. Personnel include Clarence Sharp, Horace Silver, Wilbur Ware, and Philly Joe jones. $1,500.00.
