RECORD CONDITION
VG+
We played both sides to check the quality
We have listed the record in the Soul category but it sounds more like a Jazz Vocal to us
Side A: There is some sort of pressing flaw at the very beginning. It would be best described as a small rectangular surface bubble. The needle played through it fine. The rest of side A looks pretty nice but there are a few surface hairlines and a small cluster of tiny surface lines at the end. There is also a tiny raised spot near the end. The music sounds excellent with clear and dynamic sound. You can hear a little surface noise at the beginning and a few ticks and/or pops during the rest of the side.
Side B: The same exact pressing flaw is on side B directly opposite of the one on side A. And it also has that tiny raised spot near the end that is also on side A. The rest of the side looks really nice but when we played it there were some pretty noisy parts during the first 30 seconds. That is really weird because visually there is nothing there that would make you think it would be noisy. But still the music comes through loud and clear.
There are no skips or sticks on either side.
Summary: Pretty nice copy of this very scarce 45. Both sides sound really good but side A sounds the best with less surface noise than side B. We think VG+ is the correct grade. We don't think the flaws we mentioned would lower the grade to VG.

We will put the 45 in a regular size 45 box with bubble wrap around it and then we will put that small box into a bigger LP size box (13x13x2). We are doing this to make sure the record arrives safely. Sometimes USPS can attack a carton and you have to do your best to make sure the items survives the assault.
