Description
Remember Lemmy Painting - Created to remember the late godfather of Heavy Metal Rock Lemmy Kilmister and the band and brand he created Motorhead. The painting has been designed to try and capture the spirit of what made Lemmy one of the coolest and baddest frontmen of all time
The painting is of a classic image of what Lemmy was like on stage. Black attire, smoke, booming base with his head back unleashing that unmistakable raspy voice. Included in the background is the equally iconic Motorhead snaggletooth war pig logo. Surely one of the most memorable and unmistakable band mascots of all time
The painting was completed between 1st and 28th January 2016 following the passing of this one of a kind music icon.
The Size of painting is 40 cm in height, 30 cm wide and 2 cm thick
Painted on a primed white canvas with acrylic paint
This painting will be included in conjunction with other paintings we have created of icons of history no longer with us. Gone but not forgotten with the aim of capturing the spirit of what made them great.
The purpose of these paintings is to construct artwork that would fit into any home as a home decor item and to attract people who have not normally considered a piece of artwork for this purpose. Why have a poster when you can have an original painting
