Description

This is a RARE find... 10'' LP, NOT the 12'' !!  The record appears to never have been played.  It is spotless save for the dust that was attracted by its static electricity when I opened it. The spine of the album split when I opened it to check the album and the cover has some smudge marks on the top and bottom in the shape of the disk, otherwise clean.  The vinyl comes in a wax-paper-like sleeve that is yellowed and very brittle.
     There is no title to the album. On the front right hand side it reads:"WARNING: Sale of this album may subject the seller to arrest for violaton of the endemic obscenity laws:the sole exception being San Francisco,California (where the community standards may be lower)."  Under that is Lenny's name with his Hollywood address. The back of the album appears to be a facsimile of the NOT GUILTY verdict in the People of California vs. Lenny Bruce, dated December 28, 1962.  The LP's label says, on both sides,"RECORDING SUBMITTED AS EVIDENCE IN THE SAN FRANCISCO OBSCENITY TRIAL IN MARCH, 1962.
