Description

Less Than Jake's "Birthday Cake" 7 inch was released by the band's label (at the time) Fueled By Ramen to celebrate their 50th release. The record was only available during the Fall '98 and West Coast '99 tours and briefly sold through Less Than Jake mailorder (while it lasted!).

The track listing features some of the LTJ's fan favorite live songs:

  1. This is the Modern World

  3. Laverne and Shirley Theme (Live)
  4. Last Train (Live)
The band released 2 presses of "Birthday Cake."
The first pressing was 1000 copies on pink "cake colored" vinyl.
The second pressing (THIS ONE) was limited to 500 copies on "moldy cake" green vinyl. It is extremely rare and out of print.

This record has never been played and is in near mint condition. It comes in the clear vinyl sleeve that it was shipped in from Less Than Jake back in '99--it didn't come with liner notes back then.
