Description
Rose Marie's 1938 recording of "Let's Break the Good News"/"When the Moon Bids the Sun Goodnight," with a small group including Bobby Hackett, on Bluebird B-7530. "News" is a hot record -- Rose Marie scats, and Hackett solos and plays a fine obligato behind the vocal. "Goodnight" is a slower affair, but it has a guitar solo and Hackett briefly peeps out from the ensemble. This record is in V+ condition, with an edge bite not to the grooves (see last picture) that does not affect play. Shipped with USPS Media Mail.
