Description
I am liquidating a massive collection of entertainment memorabilia, consisting of 15,000+ records, 10,000+ books and magazines, 100,000+ autographs and 200,000+ photos/posters, as well as other collectibles. Please see the “fine print” below the lot listing in answer to FAQ’s about each category, shipping and my policies.
This listing consists of the following items (And please excuse any typos, misspellings or nonsensical verbiage; I dictate and blame voice recognition!)
There is a gold promo stamp on the back of the lp and it is in near mint condition having been played only once since I owned it
RECORDS: If records are sold individually (or small groups), I do my best to grade them visually and on the conservative side. Records sold individually or small groups will have the inner sleeve and record removed and separated from the outer sleeve and all inserted together in a plastic album sleeve. Records that are sold in lots can vary vastly in condition and are not individually graded. Records sold in large lots are simply put in boxes “as-is”; the inner sleeves (if there is one) and records are not removed and there are usually no outer plastic album sleeves.
AUTOGRAPHS & AUTHENTICITY: I’ve been collecting (in-person, through the mail, conventions, dealers, etc.) since 1979. Unless somebody actually saw a celebrity sign something in person and has photographic/video evidence of such, there is no reliable certificate of authentication. COA’s are usually issued by people who are certified by an organization as having enough experience with autographs to be able to spot a forgery and thereby declare a non-forgery to be “authentic”. I may not have an actual certification, but with over 40 years of experience, I can pretty much tell a forgery/secretarial, pre-print, auto-pen, signature in the negative, etc. Therefore, I stand behind all of autographs for sale as AUTHENTIC (unless specifically stated otherwise) and offer full money-back guarantees if you are not pleased with your purchase.
BOOKS/MAGAZINES: I am NOT skilled in grading books and magazines, so I just use general terms and note if there are obvious rips, tears, missing pages, writing or easily visible damage of other sorts. I do NOT flip through every page, so please, PLEASE ask questions if you are interested in a specific article, page, section, etc. and want to know the condition.
PHOTOS/POSTERS: I am also NOT skilled in grading movie posters or stills, but do my best to describe as best as possible and provide photos for you to zoom in.
LOTS/MIXED GROUPS: If you have any question about a SPECIFIC item in a lot or mixed group of collectibles ASK ME before you bid, please. I’m happy to find the answer about a particular piece for you.
SHIPPING: As a collector, I know how to ship any type of collectible safely and to avoid damage. When FREE shipping is offered, it is valid ONLY in the United States and via the shipping method in the description. If you desire a DIFFERENT shipping method, please contact me for a quote. Foreign shipping may be shown to a bidder to be higher than what I would charge (due to ebay’s foreign shipping calculator), so please contact me directly if you are interested in a foreign shipping quote. Keep in mind that MAGAZINES can NOT be shipped via Media Mail (due to the fact that they contain advertisements).
POLICIES: I strive for happy customers that are pleased with their item(s). As a former VP of Operations - I am VERY customer service oriented and will work with you to resolve any issues or questions. However, I do NOT end auctions early. It is my policy to let them run their course.
Thank you for stopping by! @bobbyatgloss
