KILLER TEXAS BLUES!!! AND THAT'S EVEN AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!! No words can describe the chills you get as blues ledgend Lightnin' Hopkins strums them cords and wails his cry about "Jail House Blues" and bitches and moans about that darn "Model-T Blues". We have Henry Ford to thank for that one. This is the kind of blues that makes your hair stand on end. If you think you've heard what these songs have to offer on some CD collection of Hopkins work you'd be WRONG!!!! Drop the needle on this and FEEL THE BLUES!!! It gives me the blues to have to sell this, but times are tough and that's a fact not a blues song : (
***ALSO IF YOU HAVEN'T COME ACROSS IT YET WE HAVE ANOTHER GOLD STAR LIGHTNIN' HOPKINS 78 LISTED RIGHT NOW!!! DIG IT!!!
