For sale are two more Lightnin' Hopkins LP records. As with other listings, I won't attempt to grade them but I will describe them as best as possible. I have not heard either record.
Lightnin' Hopkins "Country Blues" Tradition TLP1035  Sleeve: The front of the sleeve is glossy with some discoloration along the bottom and about 5" up on the right edge. No split seams and no real wear to the seams. The back is a bit faded, has light ring wear at the top, very minor wear to the bottom corners, and some discoloration in the top left corner area. The original inner sleeve has been replaced with a Discwasher VRP sleeve. Record: The label is intact and unmarked and the hole looks round. The record is glossy and free of scratches, with a couple light scuffs that can only be seen at the correct angle. The record is dusty and needs to be cleaned. 
Lightnin' Hopkins 'Lightnin' Strikes" VeeJay LP1044 Sleeve: The front of the sleeve has some ring wear at the top and light wear in the middle. No split seams. The bottom seam has very light shelf wear and the top seam has a few spots where the color is worn off (but not worn through at all). The corners are intact with minor wear. The rear of the sleeve is faded but I don't see any ring wear or markings. The inner sleeve has been replaced with a Discwasher VRP sleeve. Record: The label is intact on side one and has a little wear in the blue-colored edge on side two. The hole looks round and there are no markings on either side of the label. The record is glossy and appears free of scratches. It has a couple very light scuffs only visible at the right angle. There is a "wrinkle" sort of embedded in the vinyl but it doesn't affect the smoothness of the surface of the record. I don't see any other physical wear to the record. The record is dusty and needs to be cleaned.
