Description
Ruben ( aka Little Reuben ) - unreleased lp acetete - 1974
Twelve-inch acetate of recordings by Little Reuben - a couple of these tracks were issued on a Solar 45, but I am unsure if they are the same takes / mixes - the standout track here for me is a deep ballad version of ' In the Name of Loneliness' - issued a few years later in a much more 'modern' version - the bulk of the tracks are unreleased in any form - Eddie Hazel on guitar( with his hotel room # scrawled on the paper sleeve ) - this is a metal backed acetete pressing, not a vinyl test press - audioclips from actual record below
CONDITION: EX, some light sleeve scuffing & rubs only, no cracks or flaking in the acetate - tiny spot in the outer rim where the inner metal is visible - nice & solid - plays loud and well - check the clips below
GRADING NOTE: I use M/EX/VG/G/F/P & almost never grade anything 'Mint'
