Description
- Very scarce "nurse with thermometer brown cover" 1956 original Little Willie John LP "Fever" (King 564, deep groove black crownless label, King logo is 2" wide).
- It was soon reissued with a different cover making this original one of the most collectible rhythm and blues LPs.
- The tracklist includes the hit title track plus: I’m Sticking With You Baby/Do Something For Me/Love, Life And Money/Suffering With The Blues/Dinner Date/All Around The World/Need Your Love So Bad/Young Girl/Letter From My Darling/I’ve Got To Go Cry/My Nerves.
- The vinyl retains most of its original gloss. There are several light scratches and sleeve scuffs but nothing major. You should expect surface noise but nothing that overwhelms the music. The labels are near mint. The front and back of the cover are in excellent condition with clear graphics and liner notes. The seams on the top and bottom have been reinforced/repaired with clear tape. The spine shows some wear but no splits. Three of the songs on the back tracklist have checkmarks next to them.
