Live Yardbirds!
Featuring Jimmy Page
LP
LOW start!...NO reserve….NO high priced ‘Buy it Now’!
Rare and original USA-issue in a thick card sleeve. Recorded live at the Anderson Theatre in New York on March 30, 1968, this was their farewell concert. Jimmy was already forming the New Yardbirds, which of course became Led Zeppelin.
My research tells me this will never be released on CD since Jimmy Page obtained a legal injunction to prevent its release. Withdrawn at Jimmy Page's insistence and as a result of contractual dispute, this lost album has been issued legitimately (only to be suppressed by legal action) and innumerable times since as a bootleg. But this one is the VERY FIRST pressing. The album is also valuable for the inclusion of "I'm Confused" - which was to become "Dazed and Confused" on Led Zeppelin's first album --- this album amply illustrates the evolution of the track from the white electric blues rave-up to the acid-blues in the Led Zeppelin version.

Due to an increase in eBay fees I have unfortunately had to increase postage slightly. (But still less than many sellers!) Also, eBay now charge a 9% fee on postage cost. To help buyers I will list this auction with a low start price.
This is a Vinyl record. Note that most vinyl will have a little faint 'crackle'. I describe them as best I can but be aware all records may have a very occasional background.
