The Lloyd Alexander Real Estate - Gonna Live Again/ Watcha Gonna Do
(President PT 157 UK 7" 1967)
This is a UK original 7" pressing. It comes with its original plain paper sleeve.
The record has textured labels 1st press A/ B matrix stampers.
Two great "Mod Dancer" tracks. Well recommended!
Vinyl: Moderate sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light, and some light marks. Good+ condition. There is an initial on the A-side label, otherwise moderate spindle wear. Plays well overall. There is some mild crackle in the background. The music still blasts through.
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £40. Overseas buyers will add £5.25 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
