Record Condition: Near Mint.

Sleeve Condition: Near Mint.

All records have been listened to prior to sale. This record plays well. Any surface marks do not affect sound quality.

I have owned this album since it was new. It has been kept in a smoke-free, pet-free home. Rear outer creased bottom right. Light marks on inner. Light ringwear to outer.

Item will be professionally packed for shipping in a high quality cardboard record mailer. The record will be further protected by two cardboard stiffeners and a poly sleeve.
