This Is Promo White Label Issue Copy, So Japanease Word "Sample" and Release Date "5 June" are Printed on Both Labels, Small Sample Sticker Is on OBI and Back Sleeve.

Disc is Near MINT, Sleeve is EX-EX Minus (No Tear, No Bottom Split).
