Description
Lord Sutch “Black and hairy/The cheat” 1966 single (Demo?) CBS 202080.
This single by (Screaming) Lord Sutch is part of my collection which I started in 1960. I believe that it is a demo copy being white labelled and with an A printed on The Cheat side (unusual for CBS records of the time). However, there is not the usual reference to it being a demo so I cannot guarantee that it is.
The vinyl is generally in very good condition BUT - there are some minor surface marks which ought not to affect performance and there is a distortion (edge slightly bent in one direction) of the vinyl in one place on the edge which is essentially contained to the lead-in band. The labels are very good but the words “this side” have been written on the Black and hairy side. The CBS sleeve is in good condition.
