Description

Los Belking's- S/T LP (Virrey). Original mid-60s peruvian pressing on the famous Virrey label of this great surf / instro band ! This is one of their latest lps, when they tried to stick to the acid punk / psych mood... still 100% instro / surf, but with FATTY FUZZ, backward tapes, etc... once again, perfect, but maybe am I not that objective as I've always been a Belkings fan... If you^'re into 60s surf and instro, get that one, you'll love it...  ! Wish I could record a few trax and make them available here so that you can hear how great those south american beat / surf  lps sound like.. perfect melodies with a strong DIY feeling all over... a scene that has still to be totally rediscovered .
