New Vinyl Sealed. El Ritmo Mundial is the third album by the Argentine group Los Fabulosos Cadillacs, recorded and released in 1988. From this album, songs like "Revolution Rock" and the classic "Vasos Vacios" with Celia Cruz are taken. The album was called "The World Rhythm. The Rock Revolution" in the long-play version, but on the CD version it was simply "The World Rhythm." The name describes the record itself. It's an album with all kinds of rhythms and musical styles, including the now typical ska, salsa, and rap. Vicentico adds: "It was a good album, which anticipated the whole wave they called alterlatino. The title is clear: we wanted to mix rhythms from everywhere.
