Lothar and the Hand People 1968 STEREO LP "Presenting..." on Capitol Records Cat# SM-2997
Featuring their bizarre proto-techno regional hit "Machines" along with a battery of equally odd excursions.
Great 1960s Pyschedelic / Experimental / Synth album from this NY-based group.
Early use of MOOG SYNTH and THEREMIN make this album ahead of it's time.
Very futuristic-sounding for the 60s, and yet very much a representation of the spirit of the era.
This is their first album from 1968. Pristine pressing in mint condition. Still in original shrinkwrap.
Thoroughly play-tested, and sounds great.
