COVER: VG+ (cutout notch)
RECORD: EXC
NOTES: US 1973 original pressing on RCA Dynaflex orange label. Record and cover both in great shape (cover has minor cutout notch top seam and would otherwise grade EXC or even NM). Insert lyrics booklet in top shape as well. Largely disliked upon release, many now see this as one of Lou's best 1970's albums.
GRADES I USE: SEALED, NM, EXC, VG+, VG, VG-, G, FAIR, POOR.
I grade strictly under bright light. My highest grade for an unsealed record is NM (NEAR MINT) - a record must look like new to be graded NM! An EXC record will show only slight signs of prior play. A VG+ is a solid used record that should play well but has minor visual flaws. A VG has more obvious flaws BUT is not trashed. Records graded VG- or worse will often play much better than they look.
