Lou Ree / VU Flexi Disc From Warhol's Index Book (Record Only)

I've been holding on to this one for a long time, but am moving cross country and cleaning out the archives. Own a little piece of 45 history.

HISTORY:
I originally found this at a garage sale in New Paltz, NY (couple hours north of NYC). I'd love to know where the book went. It's been years since I listened to it (and only once at that), but from what I remember it's the Velvets (and Nico?) sitting around the factory all stoned out talking about Andy's book.. a VU song might be playing in the background.

CONDITION:
It's not in the best shape ever (it's basically just paper!), but playable. Sorry, there's not very much detail with the iPhone pictures, but you can get an idea. I'd say it's in "good" condition for a flexi-disc it's age. There are surface scratches, slight peel back in the plastic overlay and annoyingly a little of a bump toward the very end (you can almost see it in the image). I remember it playing through, but you are warned, this is not pristine VG++ collector's fodder. It's simply a cool 7" from a cool book that very rarely get's sold for any reasonable price.

Rest assured, I've been selling for many years on eBay and my feedback is excellent. I won't take returns, being very busy with my move, but I'll make every effort to see it's packed well and arrives to you without any problem.
