Description
Louis Prima - The Wildest; Featuring Keely Smith Capitol Records T 755 Early Pressing pre 1962; this particular capitol record label design was discontinued in 1962. checkout: http://www.friktech.com/btls/capitol/capitollabels.pdf
Condition: Vinyl visually has many light scratches and one obvious scratch towards the end of side 1 which is not audible and there is also 1cm scratch on track 1 on both sides again not audible. On playback the record does crackle & pop throughout however only audible on the quieter parts of the album (record may benefit from a deep clean), there is also audible damage near the beginning of track 1 on side 1 but this is only brief. Generally playback is very good for a record thats over 50 years old and doesn't sound worn and still sounds sharp, the vinyl visually is still glossy.
Sleeve is not in good order, multiple signs of age & wear & tear, seam splits etc. original inner is present but is ripped.
Overall I would say a good filler for a collection and a good playing copy, a great record thats getting harder to find. Postage within the UK is FREE, international bidders contact me for a quote.
