Recorded June 1966 by Sunset Sounds Recorders, Hollywood, USA.
Label is version 1 of the 3 US formats. (A-side label has been attached for radio play - Normal import hole present.)
The vinyl is stored in a archieve card sleeve.
The vinyl is in very good condition. (I almost classed this as excellent - signs of play, not much lessening of sound quality but no original packaging.)
This is a very rare item. (Not a dealer from my own personal collection.)
