Love At The Hacienda, Graham Fellows, 1985 1st Issue Vinyl Album.

	£ 73
	$		97

Over the next few months I am listing my entire collection of vinyl albums. This is my personal collection bought by me from the 1970’s onwards. The albums are not collector standard. These are my albums which I have bought and played over the years. All albums have a 99p starting price.

I was a bit unsure about listing this at 99p start price as I'm told this record has a cult following in Japan...ha-ha...we'll see.

Remember Jilton John? Well this is Jilted Johns creator, the very talented Graham Fellows. ( also creator of his more recent alter-ego, John Shuttleworth) This album was released after the success of JJ's Gordon is a Moron, not as a 'cash-in' but just as a solo project for Graham. Read the reviews of this on Amazon and you'll get a feel for what it is. It is a very personal album, seemingly full of songs about banal subjects, but listen closely to the lyrics, they are stunningly beautiful. How about this from 'Sheffield Steel'

On The Sheffield hills
I recall
Girls in bus shelters
Watching the night fall
Barely in their teens
Mouths full of bubblegum
heads full of dreams

Is that not poetry? Superb evocative album from a very talented writer.

Please read this bit carefully. I am not a dealer or a vinyl 'collector', I am just a guy selling all his vinyl. I'm not enough of a vinyl expert to use the 'Record Collector Magazine' grading system . My comments are merely subjective based on what I see. I play every album through to listen for any skips etc. If I use words like 'Excellent' or 'very good' these should not be construed as indicative of the 'formal' record colectors definition, they are my subjective remarks based on what I see and hear, but remember I AM NOT AN EXPERT

The sleeve is in very good condition.Just a small amount of  wear on the edges or corners

The plain white inner is in excellent condition

The lyric sheet is in very good condition

The vinyl is in very good condition. No hiss or crackle and plays through just fine without any skips or pops. There is a little bit of wear to the label but this is not due to misuse, more to the vagiaries of independantly pressed vinyl

All albums are shipped in a cardboard album mailer. (I add 50p to the postage for the mailer)

I only charge actual cost of postage and packing and do not charge extra for Paypal.

P&P charges (single album)

UK First class - £3

Europe (Airmail) - £3.70

Rest of World - £6.00

I will offer cheaper surface mail options for 'worldwide' shipping, but please be aware this can be anything up to 60 days delivery

Double albums will be more expensive.

If you are bidding on more than one album, drop me a line and tell me. I'll invoice you for all the albums you win when you finish bidding. I'll combine the postage and give you the best postage price I can get.

I dont like to put more than 2 albums in a mailer as this risks damaging the album covers. If you win more than 2 albums, I'll charge 50p for an extra mailer for each 2 extra albums you win unless you specifically tell me not to, but this is at your risk. I'll tape the mailers together into 1 package.

I take Paypal, personal cheques (UK only) and postal orders (UK only) PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO USE ONE OF THESE PAYMENT METHODS, AS THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES I WILL ACCEPT.

AT THE END OF THE AUCTION, I WILL SEND AN INVOICE TO THE WINNING BIDDER DETAILING POSTAGE OPTIONS. YOU WILL RECEIVE THIS INVOICE NORMALLY WITHIN 24 HOURS of the end of the auction

I will expect to receive Paypal payment from all winners within 3 days of receiving my invoice, cheque/postal order payment from UK bidders within 7 days. . An email to say you have posted cheques/postal orders would also be appreciated.

GOOD COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY TO A SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION.

Thanks for looking.

As the price seems to be creeping up, if the winning bidder wants insured shipping, contact me before paying, and we'll work out the best postage deal
