This is a original SEALED 1st pressing of "Forever Changes"
on Elektra Records, EKS-74013.
You can plainly see the edge of the original orange Elektra sleeve
through the shrink.
Although the the stereo prefex EKS is printed on the cover,
very often the Mono copies had stereo jackets. The cover has some very light corner bumps (See Photo).
