Love Is Alive And Well ~ Kim Fowley
Record is VG++ with a few light markings that should not affect audio quality; Sleeve is VG with some ringwear and shelfwear on the front and back, a hole punch through the upper front left/back right corner, a name written on the upper front left corner, writing on the back upper left corner, light spots of staining on the back, some slight discoloration on the back from age, some wear on the corners, and some wear on the seams with a 4" split on the upper seam starting at the mouth (see pictures)
