This is a real oddball. Stereo EKS 74013 in a mono EKL 4013 jacket with a funky sticker that says STEREO. The jacket was printed in USA. Original first edition gold label, but the label is set up totally differently than the usual gold labels. It's a promo of some kind, or just a weird variation that Elektra put out. Most gold labels have the psychedelic LOVE logo on the label. This one is just printed and the printing is directly below the spindle hole. Most are to the right of the spindle hole. I've never seen one like it. (Published by Grass Roots Music BMI).
