Description
Arthur Lee and Love "Forever Changes" Elektra EKS-74013 (Stereo). 1967. No description needed for this landmark lp of West coast psych that only sounds better as time goes by. The disc is still sealed in the original poly sleeve . Evidently Elektra farmed out some of its pressings to larger labels like Columbia when this was released. . The matrix numbers that are visible through the plastic look like the CBS style from this period. The plastic has yellowed with age at the ends, but it's intact with no holes . .The lp looks perfectly flat and obviously has no spindle marks (never been played) etc. So overall, a truly Mint disc. The poly has not migrated to the vinyl either (as some poly sleeves from the Seventies and Eighties were apt to do). The cover has some ring wear at the bottom, a little creasing at upper right corner...and a small square at upper right that is barely visible (see scan closely). VG ++ overall for the cover. If the winning bidder has a mint original stereo cover, then this would be a great addition. Moderate reserve on , as I have never seen another sealed copy of this, and probably never will again.
