Description
Arhoolie compilation of Lowell Fulson tracks recorded on the West Coast in the 1950s. These tracks are different and separate from tracks recorded for Chess. Originally this compilation was released in 1962, Discogs says this reissue is at an unknown date. Liner notes by the great Chris Strachwitz. This an early example of the Arhoolie mission of distributing 'overlooked' superior regional, roots music. Album is hard to find in this good shape. Arhoolie R 2003.
