Scarce jazz fusion synth lp: JAMES NEWTON HOWARD AND FRIENDS - Sheffield Lab, Lab 23, limited edition, recorded live direct to disc, released in 1983. I've just  listened to this all the way through, and, no offense to synth-lovers, I've never really enjoyed a synth album until now - it sounds like Mahavishnu Orchestra, total  prog rock/jazz fusion with an awesome drummer, a percussionist, and three different synthesizers.

Condition is VG+/VG+ (vinyl has a few surface scuffs and several long but soft scratches that I can't feel - it plays all the way through and sounds EX throughout;  clean labels; jacket has very light ringwear, minor edge and corner rubbing).
