We mail all paid orders out once a week on Fridays/Saturdays. The first LUCIFERS FRIEND is one of the greatest heavy prog & psych rock gems of the old Krautrock scene...and maybe ever, in terms of high energy rippers....very very heavy ! From the cosmic opening to it's spooky conclusion with the title track, Lucifer's Friend features superior rock musicianship throughout with plenty of dynamic guitar/hammond organ battles centered on the war-cry vocals of Englishman John Lawton.
This German hard rock machine, their first album never was bettered when talking hard & heavy with brutal crunch ..Lucifer's Friend are fronted by British belter John Lawton, who gave birth to one of the best heavy rock albums of the early 70's. From the screaming vocals of "Ride In The Sky" to the progressive/hard R&B of "Toxic Shadows", to the lumbering, Sabbathish doom of "Keep Goin", this album never lets up for a second. Fans of Black Sabbath, Uriah Heep, Deep Purple and Led Zeppelin must have this in their collection, then again even fans of the old classic heavyrock obscurities circa 1970 are going to love this ! Lawton is one of the best singers in hard rock, and the musicianship of the group is tremendous. Very heavy indeed, consisting of gushing organ and powerful guitar work...

CONDITION: The thick gatefold cover is really great, M- strong, stiff everwhere, small circle delete at top right corner is all, even so, guaranteed loooks great clean.
