RARE & MINT CLEAN small private pressing, and it is thee Original 1972 issue... comes with the rare photo insert...
" I Am " is a collaboration concept album by Pete Townshend and friends (Billy Nichols) pressed in 1972. The album includes the original version of "Baba O'Riley" played by Townshend alone without lyrics, which, at 9:48, is almost twice as long as the augmented version which opens Who's Next.
"I AM" ua a privately issued Pete TownshendLp dedicated to guru Meher Baba and released through the Meher Baba (Oceanic) Association LTD in 1972.
"I AM" includes the Who's Pete Townshend on guitars/keys, Caleb Queye on electric guitar, Ronnie Lane & Ian McLagen from the Small Faces, and others including 60's popsike artist Billy Nichols who writes the music (and who made the impossible rare & excellent) "Would You Believe" Lp on Immediate Records sells quickly for $1000+)
