Description
MA RAINEY 8 x 10" vinyl set - Rarities RAL2 - RAL9
All of the 1924-1928 Paramount recordings of Gertrude "Ma" Rainey on eight 10 inch albums. Sound quality is up there with the best (mastered by John R T Davies I believe).
Apart from some age browning (see photos) the sleeves are in unmarked EX condition (volume 2 has an 8cm bottom centre seam split).
All of the records are in great EX+ condition. The labels and vinyl are totally unmarked. They look barely played.
A lovely set. The albums were issued in limited numbers so are scarce now.
