 Feedback

I strive to provide my buyers with 5 STAR service in all categories.  I try to provide a complete and accurate description of the product; charge only a reasonable amount of handling, commensurate with the amount handling performed; ship within 3 days of payment; let my buyer know when their item is shipping; and work with the buyer in the event that their is an issue with the item.  If I do not provide you with 5 star service, please let me know so that I can improve.

I leave feedback when the transaction is complete.  By complete, I mean that the buyer has received the item and is satisfied with the transaction, or in the event of a problem, the buyer has worked with me for a satisfactory resolution.  For a smooth transaction, the easiest way for a buyer to let me know that they have received and item and they are satisfied is to leave feedback.  A buyer can also let me know via email through the eBay message system.  I will leave feedback as soon as possible after that.

Their has been a lot of miscommunication from ebay regarding the DSR or STAR ratings.  I have tried to provide some common sense interpretation of the DSR system based on how eBay uses the results from these.  If you would like to find out more about the DSR system, please review the following guide

Please let me know if this guide is helpful, by completing the question at the end of the guide.  Thanks.
