Beautiful copy in original shrink. Original custom inner sleeve. Vinyl is Near Mint-, outer sleeve in original shrink. Very small tear (half centimeter - see pic) on left side of back cover, otherwise near perfect copy. 

"New Directions in Garage Music."  Madhouse was an outlet for Prince to explore his jazz interests, but in a funky way. The band included Dr. Fink, Eric Leads, Levi Seacer, Jr., and likely an uncredited Prince. Over the years original Madhouse LPs have become highly sought after by fans.
