Description
For auction a label mispress on the Madness 7" single from 1979 "The Prince".
As can be seen clearly from the photos the band's name has been pressed as "MaCness" on
the b-side. At first I thought that the silver paint had not covered part of the "D" but on closer examination it is obvious that "Madness" has been pressed in the label with a "C".
This must surely be rarer than the blue label version of which many have been found, I have never seen another of these with "Macness" on it.
Condition of the vinyl is only good with quite a few hairlines but the labels are clear.
Records posted in sturdy cardboard mailers with stiffeners and in plastic sleeves with vinyl removed from sleeve.
