Produced in 1991 by Grip Productions with catalogue number MM12, it comes housed in a fantastic gatefold sleeve with rare photos of early shots shots of a pre-fame Madonna inside and great shot from the Vogue music video on the cover with calendar for years 1991 and 1992 - the photo show the inside.
